Krissy Chin - Countdown to the Arnold

Krissy Chin was always known for being very hard and lean and while
that look was working for her in seasons past and did afford her some
success it was nothing compared to how she fared last season when
she changed her trainer, her contest preparation methods, and brought
a fuller rounder and softer overall look to the stage.

It got her invited to her first Arnold Classic and for very good reason. 
Four weeks out from the show she is all settled in her new home after
a harrowing two weeks of moving during contest preparations and
she is ready to cruise on into the show. She joins us for a short
interview about her first Arnold Classic as a competitor.

As often happens, after the interview she remembered that she
forgot to mention some people she wanted to thank, "I would
love to thank my coach/trainer Kim Oddo and I also would love
to thank all of my supportive & loving family and friends."

This episode of Fitness, Figure and Talk Radio we continue with our series on inspirational women in our sport and were honored to have IFBB Figure Pro Krissy Chin as our guest.  Krissy's story borders on the unbelievable in that she lost both parents to Cancer when she was just a young woman after caring for them until they passed away.  She went on to graduate from college with the highest recorded marks earned by a student in the history of the school.  As she tells her story she holds nothing back so prepare yourself for an emotional experience as this remarkable woman and athlete opens her heart to our listeners.
